Rooster Spur Pepper Seeds from Jack Patton

This version of Rooster Spur peppers produce clusters of bright, spicy red peppers grow up along its branches. Each internode gives you lots of lively, zesty fruits, great for stir fry or sandwiches! The Jack Patton Rooster Spur looks amazing in hanging baskets!
This rooster spur pepper is one of our favorite old-time peppers from Stockbridge, Georgia. It combines the best of old Cayenne and Thai peppers, perfect for your pots or garden rows. They look fantastic in hanging baskets too! With their bright, fruity taste, these peppers are fun to pick and great in any meal. I love them as “pocket peppers” for a quick snack or to jazz up a sandwich. They’re also top-notch for stir fry. I enjoy slicing them thin and adding them to fish sauce for my Thai cooking. Jack Patton, who made Jack’s Juice fishing lure spray, was from Stockbridge and friends with Hoyt Saxton. Hoyt used to talk about going to Jack’s garden and coming back with lots of these peppers. For the last 20 years, I’ve helped Jack and Hoyt keep this pepper special. Now, I want to share it with you.
