Hello I’m new to gardening, but peppers are my favorite vegetable. I’ve always done most of my research on things on YouTube. While planning I’ve token the advice from the bigger garden channels. Then I came across the pepper guru channel and from all the things Mr. Blood is saying I think I’ve been miss lead. Now I’m kind of scrambling to change some things. I have a bunch of peppers already planted in my raised beds so I really can’t do anything about them until next year, but I have 8 different seeds germinating right now for a indoor grow I’ve been planing. In the video I watched Mr. Blood says use humus compost for the grow bags. The only compost I can find around me is mushroom and horse manure. The farmers says that it’s been composting for about a year. IDK if I should go with that or buy the humus compost in a bag from a gardening store in my area.

one other question. I plan on putting 8 pepper plants into 2 different 2x4 grow tents. I have 4 viperspectra XS 1500 pros lights. Will this be good enough for this plants. I’m going to use 7 gallon grow bags. (I was informed they would be big enough before I found you guys).
